RESERVATIONS
  • Our Saxon house is built in 1928 from massive beams of oak, stone and burnt brick.

We offer accommodation in:

The Lodge (two double rooms each with private bathroom)
The Cottage (one double room with private bathroom)
The Stable (one double room with private bathroom)

Today, the house is brought back to life, as in its heyday. We took care to keep all the original elements and we came to complement them with other pieces that highlight its beauty.

We provide all common areas of the house and garden.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. We named it The Baking Room, after we saved and refurbished the family’s 80-year-old bread oven.

Our house is heated electrically, through the convectors in the rooms, or on wood, depending on the guests’ preferences or the room’s facilities.

Hot water is supported by electric boilers. It rarely happens to wait for other guests who used hot water shortly before, but it is necessary to understand that we try to offer the best conditions and experiences to our guests, in a village that still retains its former charm. Our garden is home to insects and animals that have found a place here. We are gentle with them and we constantly adapt.

Saschiz is a lively village, and the locals keep the traditions and carry out their daily activities in a normal rhythm. You will sometimes hear the chainsaw or the tractor of our neighbours working their gardens.

Here we tolerate, respect, help, live together! The charm of simple life, in a small village, which we embrace and love!
